To educate and encourage the public read more about investing in the capital market, the library has a special collection on investor education and public awareness geared towards educating the public on capital markets in Kenya.
The Resource Centre also houses a unique collection of financial statements for most of the listed companies in the Nairobi Stock Exchange dating as early as the 1990’s to the present-day. This is one of our most treasured resources that has continued to attract both local and international researchers and scholars interested in undertaking research related to listed companies in the Nairobi stock exchange.
In keeping with the emerging Information Communication technologies the resource center is working on availing more information content online. A case in time is the ongoing conversion of financial reports for listed companies into electronic format and availing the same through the CMA website.
The Resource Centre subscribes to a host of online information databases and journals in order to supplement the print media and these include Harvard Business Review, Capital Markets Law Journal, Securities and Custody Journal etc.
