Ms. Natasha Awuor Aduwo is an Independent Board Member of the Capital Markets Authority, appointed effective 24 February 2023 for a three-year term. She has been reappointed for a new three-year term with effect from 24 February 2026.
Ms. Aduwo is a Legal Consultant and a Certified Mediator with extensive experience in governance, regulatory affairs, and dispute resolution. She is a member of the Federation of Women Lawyers–Kenya (FIDA-Kenya),Institute of Corporate Governance of Kenya (ICGK) and International Relations Society of Kenya.
Ms. Aduwo serves as Director of Corporate Governance at Protocol Hub International and is a Board Director at Shinners Care Center and Mama Ngina Children’s Home. Her leadership reflects a strong commitment to corporate governance excellence, institutional integrity, and social impact.
